Alstom recognised Top Employer in Middle East

● Recognition by the Top Employers Institute for the first time in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt
● Awarded Global Top Employer for 2023 certification in 22 countries


25 – Alstom has been recognised as a “Top Employer” for the 2022 calendar year in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt for the first time, alongside certifications in 22 other geographies the company operates in, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Hong Kong, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America, Chile, Panama, Romania, Sweden, and Thailand. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits a people centric culture.
Alstom continues to expand its employee engagement efforts across the region, focusing on building a strong corporate culture that creates a sense of belonging and purpose among its people. The Top Employers Institute also commended the company’s career and talent development programs that provide continuous learning opportunities. Additionally, employee wellness has come into sharper focus at Alstom, with the company offering health and well-being support programs to help them excel in their personal and professional lives.
