Cairo, Egypt, 9 June 2022 – Free Fire will be hosting a friendly tournament featuring 8 top esports teams from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region on 10 June following the launch of its new Bomb Squad: 5v5 mode.
New Systems Introduced in Bomb Squad: 5v5 Mode Launching on 10 June
The Bomb Squad: 5v5 mode launching on 10 June introduces a new 5v5 matchmaking system, challenging teams to develop new strategies and tactics as the dynamics differ from the regular 4-man-squad battle styles.
Teams will be able to engage in this faster-paced and more strategic battle experience on the new vibrant map, El Pastelo, designed and introduced for the purposes of the mode.

Tons of Free Rewards Obtainable from 3 to 16 June
Until and after the launch of the Bomb Squad: 5v5 mode on 10 June, Free Fire players will be able to complete a wide variety of missions on a daily basis to obtain Bomb Squad event-exclusive items such as the Primastic Warrior Bundle, Pet Skin, and Gloo Wall for free. Special on 10 June only, players are rewarded with the Holi Swagger Jeep simply by logging in.
Top MENA Esports Teams Clash in Bomb Squad Tournament
Testing the waters of the Bomb Squad: 5v5 mode include 8 esports teams from the Free Fire Arab League (FFAL) Season 5. Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2022 Grand Finalist; WASK, and Semi Finalist; All Stars, alongside 6 other teams will battle it out for top spot in a fun friendly tournament on 10 June, 7 PM (GMT+2). All the action shall be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook, Esports Facebook, and BOOYAH! TV.
