A cooperation protocol between The International Cosmetic Congress and Medicon to allocate the first medical building in the New Administrative Capital for cosmetic, dermatology and dental clinics

In respect of the state’s propensity to achieve sustainable integrated development and fulfilling Egypt’s Vision 2030, besides the aim of enhancing access and ensuring the quality of health services provided, the organizing committee of the International Cosmetic Congress (ICC) announced a cooperation protocol with Medicon Property Development Company to allocate one of the buildings of the Medicon Medical Complex in the Administrative Capital for clinics specialized in cosmetic medicine, dentistry, and dermatology treatment.

Professor Dr. Mohamed Abozeid, President of the Egyptian Association for Women’s Health (Venus), Founder of the International Cosmetic Congress (ICC), revealed that the cooperation with Medicon seeks to benefit from the infrastructure of such a strategic project, which is the first and only integrated medical destination in “R7” the residential area of the New Administrative Capital. Pointing out the importance of exploiting the distinguished location of the medical complex that provides ease of access to the New Capital, New Cairo, Cairo, Ismailia, Suez, and Ain Sukhna. Abozeid considered the new administrative capital as the center of attraction of all countries in the world which is the edge to grab the attention of doctors, patients and operators in the health care activity.

Eng. Hossam El-Sergany, CEO of Medicon Property Development Company, expressed that the protocol represents an important step in the company’s endeavor. By providing distinguished and diversified projects in the New Administrative Capital, after the great success achieved by the company’s other projects in the Administrative Capital. He mentioned sneak peeks of the projects such as the “Atika” project. Moreover, the cooperation with the Italian company “Lamborghini” for the management of hotel apartments and Greenland International School.

Hossam was delighted to announce that Medicon Medical Complex is the largest and the most inclusive at the region, consisting of 115 clinics in various medical specialties and 23 specialized medical centers. Furthermore, it is equipped with meeting rooms and furnished with the latest means of presentation and communication, indoor and outdoor waiting areas for patients and visitors in the latest style. The complex also includes the largest pharmacy in the Administrative Capital, commercial service areas such as restaurants, cafes, banks and kids’ area. “The cooperation with The International Cosmetic Congress (ICC) to allocate a building containing 52 clinics for the specialties of cosmetic medicine, dermatology and dentistry and five major beauty clinics is a strategic addition to the complex due to the extensive experience of The International Cosmetic Congress in the field of scientific research and its provision of an advanced comprehensive platform created for all practitioners of Plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and anti-aging,” El-Sergany stated.

“The Congress has proven its leadership over the past years, as it has been put on the map of important medical conferences due to its medical research that focuses on providing plastic surgeons and dermatologists with the latest academic and industrial expertise for their professional advancement in the cosmetic field,” said Professor Dr. Wael Seoudy, President of (ICC). Pointing out that ICC 2022 is the seventh edition of the congress.

The main objective of the congress this year is to build a bridge between plastic surgery and dermatology, where the international and distinguished experts will help the younger generation to achieve the concept of “providing the highest quality through the union between plastic surgeons and dermatologists,” He added.

Mr. Mohamed Saad, CEO of ICC, has stressed on the significance of the strategic union with the global and Egyptian drug companies to reach an international level in creating conferences for the medical and aesthetic medicine field.

Seized the chance for companies to present their products through the exhibition platform. More than 1,400 international products for skin care and cosmetics are ready to be displayed. In addition to providing laser technologies through 5 halls at the Egypt International Exhibition Center. Saad stated that “Medicon” for medical real estate development comes within the structure of aiming to achieve a comprehensive vision to practice this specialty in an ideal environment that provides all the features for success.

The signing ceremony was attended by many specialists in the property development sector and the plastic surgery sector, representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Investment, adding on faculty members in various medical colleges.
